If, for any reason, the user is not satisfied with an order, the item can be returned within 14 days for a size change or refund. 


Return instructions:
The user must send an email to [email protected] and indicate the order number and the reason for the return. After receiving the email and validating the return request, Loja das Meias asks the transport company to collect the order, usually CTT Expresso. The order must be packed by the user.


If you prefer, you can also return the order directly to one of the stores.


In the case of an exchange, LOJA DAS MEIAS will not charge additional costs for the shipment of the new article. As soon as the items to be exchanged are received and checked, the new item will be shipped immediately. As with returns, all Customs Duties, taxes or additional costs that the user may incur will not be refunded by LOJA DAS MEIAS in the event of an exchange of items.
Refund - Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted in store, within approximately 48 hours by the same payment method used for the purchase.
DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSPORT / DEFECTIVE ITEMS - The return of defective items will only be accepted if the items are already defective at the time of delivery to the user. The LOJA DAS MEIAS team makes a great effort to carefully check all items to detect any defects in the items, before proceeding with their shipment.


LOJA DAS MEIAS reserves the right to request photographic support for defective items or wrongly sent merchandise, before authorizing the return, for the purpose of reimbursement of transport costs and Import Duties. All items returned as defective will be properly inspected upon receipt and all items subject to normal wear and tear will not be considered defective. Defective items will be exchanged for an identical item in the same color and size, subject to availability. If you do not want a replacement item sent to you, you must ask LOJA DAS MEIAS for a refund. Refunds for defective items will take place within 48 hours of receipt of returned items. If LOJA DAS MEIAS cannot replace the defective item, it will refund the amount paid through the payment method originally used, in the same amount paid by the user.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ITEMS WITH DISCOUNT – Returns and exchanges are accepted within a maximum period of 14 days. Transport costs are paid by the user, unless the item was delivered to the store.
