Return Policy

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days either for exchange or refund. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. 

Return instructions:

You must access your order in your personal area on our website within 14 days of delivery date and follow the return instructions.

  • To return the purchased good, LOJA DAS MEIAS sends you an email indicating the return details.
  • When returning an item and as required by the customs authorities, you must clearly identify your order and all shipping forms with the expression “RETURNED GOODS”, as well as write it outside the box in a visible place.
  • You must return your item using the carrier indicated in the email sent you by LOJA DAS MEIAS, and write the RAN number on the shipping form sent with your order. Additionally the form must be completed as instructed in the email which we sent you. You must complete the return form and attach it to the order that you intend to return to LOJA DAS MEIAS.
  • The items to be returned must be checked by the carrier when collected. Therefore keep the box open until carrier’s arrival.
  • LOJA DAS MEIAS shall not refund you with any customs duties, taxes or additional charges which may have to be incurred.
  • In case of return of all or part of the order, LOJA DAS MEIAS shall refund the amount paid by the user (excluding shipping costs).

You have two options when you return your items:

Size replacement: Items may be exchanged if the same item is available in another size or color. Exchanging an item for another with a different reference is currently not possible.

In case of item exchange, LOJA DAS MEIAS will not charge any additional shipping costs. You must access your order in your personal area on our website within 14 days of delivery date and follow the return instructions. The exchange request must be submitted as soon as possible to ensure size or color availability.

We will ship your new item as soon as the returned items have been received and checked.  Just like with returned items, LOJA DAS MEIAS shall not refund you with any customs duties, taxes or additional charges which may have to be incurred for the exchange of items.

Refunds - Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned items have been checked and accepted. In the case of orders paid by credit card, the amount refunded will be credited on the customer’s credit card account within approximately 10 days, or in the next card account statement. The processing period may vary according to the credit card company. Purchases paid through Paypal will be refunded to the original account. VAT will also be reimbursed in refunds within EU countries.

 

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING/FAULTY ITEMS – The return of faulty items will only be accepted if the items are already defective upon delivery to you. LOJA DAS MEIAS’ team carefully checks all items prior to dispatch.

Prior to authorizing the return, LOJA DAS MEIAS reserves the right to ask you for photographs of defective items or goods shipped by mistake, for the purposes of reimbursing you with the respective shipping costs and import duties. All items returned as defective will be properly inspected at the time of reception and all articles subject to normal wear and tear will not considered as being defective. Defective items will be exchanged for the same item in the same color and size, subject to availability. If you do not wish to be sent a replacement item, please indicate that you want a refund when you access your personal account on our website. Your request to return any defective items should be sent to LOJA DAS MEIAS within 14 days of respective receipt. Reimbursements relating to defective items will take place within 30 days after receiving the returned items. If LOJA DAS MEIAS is not able to replace the defective item, the refunded amount will be credited back using the original payment method.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF ITEMS ON SALE – All items purchased as final sale (reduced price items) are not eligible for return or exchange, the returns, refunds and exchanges policy not applying in this situation.
