IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All orders must signed upon delivery.
LOJA DAS MEIAS cannot change the delivery address after order dispatch. The above-mentioned delivery times are merely indicative.

 

DELIVERY STATUS


Following payment, all orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 days. LOJA DAS MEIAS sends you an email with order tracking instructions and respective collection.

In all orders, confirmation of shipment will include indication of the carrier as well as tracking number.

You can track your order status as follows:

-       For orders shipped to Portugal, use CTT EXPRESSO order tracking

-       For orders shipped to other countries, use UPS order tracking

 

DISPATCH AND COLLECTION


When you sign up to open an account in LOJAS DAS MEIAS you must provide us your personal address.
Orders will be delivered to the address which you indicated. If you want LOJA DAS MEIAS to dispatch your order to an alternative address, you must indicate it when completing your purchase.
If you wish to send items to more than one address, you must place an individual order to be dispatched to each of these addresses. In this case, shipping costs will be charged for each order.

You can track your order status at any time using the tracking number which was sent you for each order.
Due to carrier restrictions and credit card fraud risk LOJA DAS MEIAS does not deliver orders to post boxes.

 

PACKAGE DELIVERY

Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to check carefully all packages BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.

If, for any reason, the package shows any signs of damage please sign the delivery receipt and notify reservations or refuse the delivery.

If you sign the delivery with reservations, or if you refuse to accept it, please submit a complaint to the carrier immediately and contact LOJA DAS MEIAS by email sent to marketing@lojadasmeias.pt.

If the package is not delivered successfully at your address for some reason imputable to you (no one available at time of delivery, wrong phone number, wrong or incomplete address, non-compliance with import regulations, etc.), a notice will be left in your mail box to collect the package from the indicated location within 5 days maximum.

 

INSURANCE
All packages are insured by LOJA DAS MEIAS while in transit and until delivered to you. All orders must be signed upon delivery, at which time responsibility is handed over to you.
